UI students and faculty will hold a pottery sale Dec. 1

Students and faculty in the ceramics area of the University of Iowa School of Art and Art History will hold a pottery sale from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 1, in the Ceramics Studio of the UI Art Building.

Admission to the sale, which includes functional ware by students and faculty, will be free. The Ceramics Studio is located at the south end of the Art Building on the west bank of the Iowa River. After crossing the footbridge from the Iowa Memorial Union, walk through the open walkway, and the Ceramics Studio will be on the left.

Proceeds from the sale will help fund a student activities. A portion of the proceeds will also go to the Iowa City Crisis Center Food Bank.
