Hershey Kissmobile To Appear At Children's Hospital Of Iowa
The Hershey Kissmobile will make an appearance at Children's Hospital of Iowa at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics from 10 a.m. to noon Thursday, March 30.
Kissmobile staff will visit with children and hand out coloring pages, crayons and bandannas. In addition, they will share chocolate treats with staff and patients as permitted.
The visit is intended to enhance the public's awareness of services offered at Children's Hospital of Iowa and to receive donations for Children's Miracle Network.
Children's Miracle Network is an international nonprofit organization dedicated to helping children by raising funds and awareness for 170 children's hospitals throughout North America. Each year, this network of premier facilities treats more than 14 million children with all types of afflictions.
Children's Hospital of Iowa at UI Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City is the state's longest-serving children's hospital. More than 140,000 children receive care at Children's Hospital of Iowa and its statewide network of outreach clinics each year.
