At the suggestion of the University of Iowa Student Government and in response to those wishing to assist UI students impacted by the recent tornado, the UI has established a Student Disaster Relief Fund. Donations may be dropped off or sent to the University Box Office, 138 Iowa Memorial Union, Iowa City, IA 52242. Contributions should designate the University of Iowa Student Disaster Relief Fund.
Students needing to access this fund should contact the Office of Student Financial Aid at 335-1450 or 208 Calvin Hall between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Any funds remaining after needs resulting from the tornado have been addressed will assist students affected by future disasters.
