Student Health Research Poster Session Is April 21
The University of Iowa Interdisciplinary Health Group will host the seventh annual Student Interdisciplinary Health Research Poster Session from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Thursday, April 21 in the first-floor atrium of the Eckstein Medical Research Building (EMRB).
Sixty-four students from across campus will present their research at the poster session. The event provides an opportunity for UI students working on health-related research to present their work and interact with researchers from areas other than their respective disciplines.
Eight awards of $100 each will be presented at the event. The awards are courtesy of the UI Office of the Associate Provost for Health Sciences, the Public Policy Center, and the Women in Science and Engineering (WISE) Program.
