Museum Of Art Offers Tour Of European And American Collections June 22
The University of Iowa Museum of Art will offer a free public tour highlighting its European and American Collections at 2 p.m. on Sunday, June 22.
The tour, to be led by a museum docent, will focus on painting and sculpture of the 20th century. The tour will explore how the art of Europe and America in this period reflects a world in rapid transition.
The UI Museum of Art, located on North Riverside Drive in Iowa City, is open noon to 5 p.m. Sundays. Admission is free. Public metered parking is available in UI parking lots west and north of the museum.
