County Medical Examiner Rules Death Of UI Employee An Accident
The Johnson County Medical Examiner has ruled that the death of a University of Iowa employee, Herbert Milton Delano Jr., was caused by carbon monoxide poisoning and that the death was accidental, UI Public Safety officials announced today.
Delano's body was discovered Saturday, July 5, at the UI Oakdale campus.
Because the medical examiner has ruled the death as accidental, UI Public Safety has closed its investigation into the incident.
