Iowa attorney general to meet with future prosecutors at UI College of Law

Iowa Attorney General Tom Miller will visit the University of Iowa on Thursday, Feb. 6 to meet with students in the College of Law.

Miller, a long-time advocate of public service and career prosecution, will meet for an informal private dinner in the Boyd Law Building with law students who have worked as prosecutor interns and those who have an interest in pursuing careers as criminal prosecutors.

Miller, a Democrat, is serving his sixth four-year term as the state’s top prosecutor. The Dubuque native and Harvard Law School graduate served from 1979-1992 and has served again in a second tenure since 1995.
