"Simply Living: Discovering and Discussing the Art and Pleasure of Living Simplified," a six-week discussion group, will meet from 6-8 p.m. Thursdays, beginning Feb. 20. "This timely group will provide a space for participants to learn, discuss, and incorporate ideas for simplifying their lives," says Kerri
Barnstuble, group services coordinator. The group will include discussion, readings, journaling, and videos.

"Love Your Body: Freedom from Weight Obsession," a six-week discussion group, will meet from 6-7:30 p.m. Wednesdays beginning March 5.
