WHAT: Press conference to share details from election exit poll

WHEN: Wednesday, Nov. 6, 3 p.m.

WHERE: Room 302 Schaeffer Hall, the Commons Room

On Election Day 42 undergraduates in Redlawsk's Political Campaigning course will conduct an exit poll asking for voters' opinions about political corruption and about selected local issues. The day after the election, Redlawsk will share the results of the poll including voter support for the Iowa City School Board's proposed $38.7 million referendum, consolidation of Iowa City and Johnson County governments, and restricting access to local bars to only those 21 and older. He will be able to provide demographic correlates of voter support for these issues and for the candidates for U.S. House- District 2, U.S. Senate, and Governor.
