UITV To Broadcast Segments Of 'Infinite Respect' Conference

University of Iowa Television (UITV) will broadcast proceedings of the conference, "Infinite Respect, Enduring Dignity: Voices and Visions on the September Attacks," held Jan. 25-26 on the University of Iowa campus.

The conference, hosted by the UI's Project on Rhetoric of Inquiry (POROI), featured responses from the artistic and academic disciplines as a means of exploring the new challenges faced by the world following the Sept. 11 attacks on the United States. Presenters included U.S. Rep. James Leach, R-Iowa, and dancer and choreographer Bill T. Jones.

UITV will broadcast segments of the program on cable starting Monday, Feb. 4 from 7 to 9 p.m. and continuing at the same times Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, Feb. 5, 6 and 7, and
on Monday, Feb. 11.
