Public is invited to infertility seminar Sept. 28

IOWA CITY, Iowa -- University of Iowa Health Care experts in the treatment of infertility -- Anuja Dokras, M.D., Ph.D., and Jay Sandlow, M.D. -- will speak at 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 28 on "Infertility Treatment Options for Couples."

Sponsored by University of Iowa Health Care, this free seminar will be held at the Clarion Conference Center in Coralville.

Infertility affects one of every six couples. The presentation will include information on:

-- Evaluation and treatment of male infertility;

-- Evaluation and treatment of female infertility;

-- A collaborative approach to treating a couple's infertility.

Dokras is an assistant professor in the UI Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Division of Reproductive Endocrinology. Sandlow is an associate professor in the UI Department of Urology.
