IOWA CITY, Iowa -- The University of Iowa’s Connie Belin and Jacqueline N. Blank International Center for Gifted Education and Talent Development will hold a news conference at 4 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 18 at the W.A. Krause Center in Des Moines to announce significant gifts.

The W.A. Krause Center, which houses classroom space used by the UI Tippie College of Business, is located at 6100 Grand Ave.

Created in 1988 by the State of Iowa, Board of Regents, the Belin-Blank Center has established a national reputation for its research, training and service in the field of gifted education.
