UI taking reservations for use of High Adventure Challenge Course August-October

IOWA CITY, Iowa -- Reservations are now being taken from groups that want to use the High Adventure Challenge Course operated by the University of Iowa, Division of Recreational Services this August through October.

The High Adventure Challenge Course, located at Macbride Nature Recreation Area between North Liberty and Solon, is an experiential-training course encouraging personal and professional development. Challenges range from a trust-building low course to a more emotionally demanding high course. Physical prowess is not necessary though teamwork is essential. Participation is geared to the intensity desired by the group regardless of age, shape or size. Groups should be composed of at least nine people but no more than 20. The minimum age is 12.
