IOWA CITY, Iowa -- Paul Steven Miller, commissioner of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), will speak Friday, June 13 as part of the Obermann Center for Advanced Studies 1997 Obermann Summer Research Seminar.

Miller will speak at the College of Law in the faculty lounge, Room 450 of the Boyd Law Building. The first session, "ADA Title I Implementation and Enforcement," runs from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. The second informational session runs from 1 to 3 p.m.

The sessions are part of the seminar "Employment, Disability Policy, and The Americans With Disabilities Act." The seminar runs June 10-26 and features a variety of speakers addressing the ADA. Miller's sessions are open to the public.
